Dexter is a hit-tv show on the Showtime network. In it, we follow Dexter Morgan - a loveable serial killer. Dexter works with the Miami Police Department as a blood splatter expert. By his side he has got his sister Debra Morgan and his girlfriend Rita Bennett.

Daytime, Dexter is a charming blood splatter expert, working with the Miami Police Department, who brings doughnuts to work and is loved by his wife and children. Those around him have no clue about his alter ego, his dark secret. A traumatic childhood experience left Dexter unable to feel emotions, and urging to kill. His adoptive father, Harry Morgan (who was also a police officer) noticed that something was different about Dexter. Rather than surpressing Dexters need, he defined the Code of Harry, which means Dexter will not kill anyone who does not deserve it. Before executing someone, Dexter is bound by the code to make sure they deserve it - usually by having murdered someone innocent.
